F1-F12 Function Keys Shortcut List

हमारे Computer keboard में कई सारे key होते है जिन्हें हम अलग अलग नामो से जानते है, और उन्ही में से सबसे ऊपर वाले row में जो F1 से लेकर F12 तक function key होते है, इसका use एक shortcut key की तरह किया जाता है, जब भी हम इसका use अकेले करते है तो इसे हम single key commands कहते है, और जब हम इसका Use किसी अन्य key के साथ करते है, यह एक  modifier keys की तरह काम करता है,

चुकी computer shortcut key हमारे समय और मेहनत दोनों को save करता है, इसलिए प्रत्येक computer user को keyboard के सारे shortcut पता होने चाहिए, हालाँकि keyboard में कई शॉर्टकट keys होते है, लेकिन आज हम केवल “F1- F12 Function Keys Shortcut” के बारे में जानेगे.

keyboard में Function Keys क्या होता है

अगर आपको यह नहीं पता है की “keyboard में Function Keys क्या होता है” और इसका क्या कार्य है तो जब हम keyboard के layout को देखे तो Function Keys सबसे ऊपर वाले धारी में होता है, इसकी संख्या 12 होती है जो F1 से लेकर F12 तक होती है, Function Keys को Keyboard को 1960s के दशक के जोड़ा गया था. और तब से लेकर आज तक कई Operating Systems और Applications अपने यूजर के काम को आसान बनाने के लिए इसका use करते है.

Shortcut Function Keys in Windows

Function Key	Function
F1	लगभग सभी प्रोग्राम में Online Help और Office Assistant को open करने के लिए
F2	किसी भी salect File या Folder को Rename करने या Text और Graphic को move करने और के लिए
F3	file और folder को search करने के लिए मतलब किसी भी एप्लिकेशन के Search Option को Open करने के लिए
F4	My Computer और Windows Explorer में Address bar list पता करने के लिए और  Alt + F4 Active Windows को बंद करने के लिए
F5	किसी page, Document, या Webpage को refresh या Reload करने के लिए
F6	Other Pane को खोलने के लिए या इंटरनेट ब्राउज़र में text cursor को address bar में ले जाने के लिए
F7	Microsoft Word के किसी Document में spell check यानी ( Spelling and grammar check ) करने के लिए
F8	कंप्यूटर चालू करते समय विंडोज़ को Safe Mode में Open करने या Boot Menu को Open करने के लिए
F9	Text Document को Refresh करने के लिए
F10	खुले हुए किसी भी एप्लीकेशन के menu bar और Ribbon को activateकरने के लिये और Shift + F10 Right Click की तारह काम करता है.
F11	Internet browsers में full screen mode को Maximize or minimize करने के लिए
F12	File को Save as करने या किसी और नाम से save करने के लिए

All Function Keys F1 – F12 Uses in Hindi

Function Keys को किसी एक विशेष प्रकार के programe, application या Operating system के लिए नहीं बनाया गया है, बल्कि अलग अलग programe, application या Operating system में इसके अलग अलग उपयोग है, जैसे – function key shortcut in ms word, excel, powerpint, Web browser. इसके उपयोग से आप Mouse से भी Fast काम कर सकते है.

• Uses of F1 key

1. Computer Programs में Help मेनू को Open करने के लिए
2. Google Sheets में formula help menu को Expand और collapse करने के लिए
3. Microsoft Excel में Alt+Shift+F1 की मदद से new worksheet tab create करने के लिए
4. Microsoft PowerPoint में PowerPoint help menu को open और slide show को देखने के लिए
5. BIOS setup में Enter करने के लिए
6. Task Pane को open करने के लिए

• Uses of F2 key

1. Microsoft Windows में selected icon, file और folder को rename करने के लिए
2. Microsoft Excel में किसी भी Cell को active करने के लिए
3. Microsoft Word में Ctrl+F2 से print preview देखने और Alt+Ctrl+F2 से किसी भी word document को word में open करने के लिए
4. Notepad++ में Ctrl+F2 से bookmark बनाने के लिए
5. Enter BIOS setup

• Uses of F3 key

1. Windows Explorer में search function को open करने के लिए
2. Microsoft Outlook में Windows key+F3 से Advanced find window को open करने के लिए
3. Microsoft Word में Ctrl+F3 से highlighted text को lowercases में बदलने के लिए
4. MS-Dos में last repeats command को entered करने के लिए

• Uses of F4 key

1. Microsoft Excel में Excel formula box में , absolute और relative cell reference में switch करने के लिए
2. Microsoft PowerPoint में last action को Repeat करने के लिए
3. Microsoft Windows में Alt+F4 से किसी भी program को close करने के लिए
4. Microsoft Word में last action को repeat करने के लिए या एक बार पीछे जाने के लिये
5. Microsoft Internet Explorer में address bar को Open करने के लिए

• Uses of F5 key

1. Internet browser में refreshes or reloads करने के लिए
2. Microsoft Excel में specific cell में जाने के लिए
3. Microsoft Windows में किसी फ़ोल्डर के list of contents को Refresh करने के लिए
4. Microsoft Word में find, replace,और go to डायलॉग बॉक्स को open करने के लिए
5. PowerPoint में slideshow को शुरू करने और के लिए
6. MS-DOS में इसके default settings को load करने के लिए

1. Microsoft Windows में Windows Safe Mode को खोलने और Boot करने के लिए
2. Microsoft Excel में Extend Mode में Enters होने के लिए

• Uses of F9 key

1. Microsoft Excel में प्रत्येक workbook को Recalculates करने के लिए
2. Microsoft Word में document को Refresh करने के लिए
3. Microsoft Outlook में E-mail को Send और receive करने के लिए

• Uses of F10 key

1. Microsoft Excel में menu bar को Activates करने के लिए
2. Microsoft Windows में Open application के menu bar और Ribbon Active करने के लिए और यह Shift + F10 Right Click की तारह काम करता है.

1. Internet browsers में fullscreen mode में Enter और exit करने के लिए
2. Microsoft Excel में selected data से chart Creates करने के लिए

• Uses of F12 key

1. Booting में computer के startup के समय bootable devices के list को Access और select करने के लिए
2. Internet browser में debug tool को open करने के लिए
3. Microsoft Excel में Save As option को open करने के लिए
4. Microsoft Word में Save As window को open करने के लिए इसके अलावे Ctrl+F12 से किसी भी document को Word में open करने के लिए, Shift+F12 से Microsoft Word document को saves करने के लिए, और Ctrl+Shift+F12 से Microsoft Word के document को print करने के लिए
